The Hobbit
I am not a huge fan of books; I prefer a visual representation of a story, which is partly why I love cinema so much and I often tend to drift off into other thoughts while reading a book and then have to try and go back to where I was before I stopped paying attention; "The Hobbit", however, is one of the only books I have ever read which has managed to maintain my devoted interest on every single page of this beautifully-written and wondrously charming masterpiece of literature. As far as I am concerned, this is my favourite piece of writing and I highly doubt that is ever going to change.
