0 Read Dracula Instead 

I do suppose that "Frankenstein" is a good novel to be aquatinted with, but I found it rather dull and frustrating. There is no denying its place in literary history, being one of the first "horror" reads and being a part of the gothic/romantic movement... but truly if you want a good horror read, try "Dracula". Shelley uses the word melancholy WAY too much. It drove me crazy. -Teen Sensation Jordan Gatesmith
